At Region II, we are committed to strengthening and broadening the programming offered in the Design, Technology and Management areas at Festival and to our region's students year-round.   It is essential that our region provide you with informative and energizing activities which will further your development as artists, technicians, and managers.   To do this it is necessary to have venues that allow you to: learn new skills, dialogue with your peers, be introduced to new technologies, present your work, and receive critical feedback from professionals.

The Design and Technology Chair and Vice-Chair work along side a group of dedicated professionals who help to create and support regional programming.
