Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and processed after each annual festival. Any refund request must be accompanied by documentation. i.e. proof of illness, family emergency etc. A simple “no show” is not sufficient reason for a refund. All refunds will be paid by check from ACTF Management Ltd. Region II no matter the initial payment method.
